Creamy and Rich Ranch Dressing
Ranch dressing is rich and creamy, due to the inclusion of mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk. These combinations also help give ranch dressing its distinct tangy flavour profile. If you want more zing, simply add more lemon juice.
Herbs for Ranch Dressing: Fresh vs Dried.
Dried herbs are easy as they come ready chopped, and the perfect size for pouring through the hole in an oil dispenser. However, they lack anywhere near the flavour required to make this dressing sing. Take some time to finely chop the herbs, and reap the benefits from the freshness added to this ranch dressing. Fresh garlic is also a must. Garlic powder is completely different to a freshly crushed clove.

100g Mayonnaise
100ml Buttermilk
100ml Sour Cream
5g Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
5g Fresh Dill, Finely Chopped
5g Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed

Salt / Pepper, to taste.

- Season to taste.
